Finally I got a workout in! Working 9 hours a day sucks, it's so hard to get into the gym. Thankfully I have today and tomorrow off :) Next week I work Mon-Fri 9-5 so I will be able to get in more :)
Cardio :
Treadmill - 25 minutes total, 10 minutes running @5.7-6.0mph, 4 minutes sprinting @7.0mph both @incline1.5, followed by 11 minutes @3.9 @incline 2.
Elliptical - 15 Minutes @incline 7-9 @level 7-10.
*Stretching*
Abs :
Exercise Ball - 3 sets of 15 reps
Ab Machine - 4 sets of 12 reps @ 80/80/90/90
Decline Sit-Ups - 6 sets of 9 reps, christ that bench kills the abs!
Ab Roller - 6 sets of 30 reps, and 1 set of 100 reps.
I started to feel sick becuse I skipped breakfest this morning, I was pretty stressed because I knew I would be getting my marks back later in the day so I cut the workout off there.
My calf musles hurt a tiny bit during cardio so I made a point not to work them on the circuit equipment, but now I can barely walk, soooo much pain. I took 3 days off.. and they felt fine so I thought they recovered.. apparently not :(
