Cardio :
Elliptical - 25 minutes @incline 8-14 @level 6
*Stretching*
Abs :
Ab Machine - 3 sets of 10 reps @100/100/100
Ab Roller - 5 sets of 35 reps + 2 sets of 50 reps
Hyper Extensions - 3 sets of 15 reps
Hanging Knee Lifts - 4 sets of 10 reps
Sit Ups-Decline Bench - 5 sets of 10 reps (all holding a 10lb medicine ball) + 2 sets of 10 reps
Medicine Ball Twists - 5 sets of 35 reps (holding 10lb medicine ball)
Good workout!
