I decided to give my abs a rest today, so I just did cardio and the circuit.

Cardio :
Stepper - 30 minutes - 20 minutes on the fat burning program and then I tried to get on the elliptical but some old lady beat me to it (beotch!!) So then I jumped back on the stepper for 10 minutes on the manual setting. Worked up a sweat!

*Stretching*

Circuit :
Pecs - 4 sets of 10 reps @ 7/7/8/8 -- When I first started using this machine I could only do one plate.. now I can do 80lbs :)
Vertical Bench - 4 sets of 10 reps @3/3/4/4
Tricep Machine - 4 sets of 10 reps @ 4/4/5/5
Leg Extension - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6/7
Seated Leg Press - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 8/9/9
Leg Curls - 2 sets of 10 reps @5/6
Bicep Curls - 2 sets of 10 reps @3/4
Ab Machine - 6 sets of 10 reps @90/90/90/100/100/100

Short but sweet.
