I left work early today because I couldn't stop sneezing and my eyes were watering, I don't think I have a cold... but possibly had an allergic reaction to something. Anywho, I didn't plan on going to the gym, I planned on resting, but I was locked out of my house and I had my gym bag in the car, so off I went!

Cardio :
Elliptical - 20 minutes @incline 8-9 @level 6. I felt really groggy because I had just taked 2 advil for my sinuses so I couldn't do more then 20 minutes of cardio.

*Stretching*

Abs :
Hanging Knee Lifts - 4 sets of 10 reps. For some reason it really killed to do the knee lifts today.
Sit Ups-Decline Bench - 6 sets of 20 reps (all holding a 10lb medicine ball).
Ab Roller - 8 sets of 30 reps.

Circuit :
Pecs - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 7/8
Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 10 reps @3/4
Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 10 reps @4/5
Leg Extension - 2 sets of 10 reps @6/7
Seated Leg Press - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 8/9/9

I cut the workout off there because I started sneezing aand couldn't stop!! *achooo*
