I planned on going to the Montague pool today but seeing as how I was extremely drunk last night and didn't get home from the karaoke contest until 3:30am..I slept in :) So I hit up the gym this evening and even though I am hung over I had a great workout.

Cardio :
Elliptical - 25 Minutes @incline 7-11 @level 5-6
Treadmill - 10 Minutes @incline 6.0 @3.7mph

*Stretching*

Abs :
Sit Ups (Decline Bench) - 7 sets of 25 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball
Ab roller - 5 sets of 35 reps
Ab Machine - 3 sets of 20 reps @ 90/100/100

also - bicep curls- Free weights - 3 sets of 10 reps using 10lb weights
