I planned on taking yesterday off, then I planned on taking today off but I always end up at the gym, I think I might be turning into a gym rat :S

Cardio :
Stepper- 15 minutes on the Fat Burning program @level 6-9
Elliptical - 20 minutes @incline 8-11 @level 6-7

*Stretching*

Abs :
Hanging Knee Lifts - 4 sets of 10 reps
Sit Ups-Decline Bench - 5 sets of 15 reps (all holding a 10lb medicine ball)
Medicine Ball Twists - 4 sets of 40 reps (holding 10lb medicine ball)

Short workout :)
