I took yesterday off but I hit up the gym today for a nice Ab workout. Hopefully I will hit up the gym in the morning(tan too!)and then it's off to the Montague pool in the afternoon for a swim!

Cardio :
Stepper- 5 minute warm up @level 6-12 program 5.
Elliptical - 20 minutes @incline 8-9 @level 6-7.

*Stretching*

Abs :
Hanging Knee Lifts - 2 sets of 12 reps + 2 sets of 10 reps.
Sit Ups-Decline Bench - 8 sets of 20 reps (all holding a 5kg medicine ball).
Ab Roller - 7 sets of 40 reps.
Hyper Extensions - 3 sets of 12 reps, all holding a 10lb weight.
Ab Machine 3 sets of 20 reps @90/100/100.
