I was pretty tired after work but I headed to the gym.
*Stretching*
Cardio :
Stepper - 10 Minutes on Program 5 @level 6-7
Elliptical - 25 Minutes @incline 9-12 @level 6-7
*Stretching*
Abs :
Sit Ups (Decline Bench) - 8 sets of 15 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball
Ab roller - 8 sets of 30 reps
Ab Machine - 4 sets of 15 reps @90/100/100/110
Leg Lifts - 2 sets of 15 reps + 2 sets of 10 reps
Medicine Ball Twists - 3 sets of 40 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball.
Exercise BallSit-Ups - 4 sets of 15 reps
For some reason my abs were really sore today which made the workout pretty tough.
