I wasn't feeling too great today (it sucks being a girl sometimes) but off to the gym I went!

*Stretching*

Cardio :
Stepper- 15 Minutes @Program 5, level 7-12
Elliptical-25 Minutes using the Fat Burning program @level 5-7. I used the elliptical machine that works your arms to mix things up, by the end of the 25 minutes I was very sweaty :S

*Stretching*

Abs :
Sit Ups (Decline Bench) - 5 sets of 20 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball
Leg Lifts - 2 sets of 20 reps + 2 sets of 12 reps
Exercise Ball - Sit Ups - 3 sets of 15 reps
