I wasn't off until 4 today so I couldn't make it into the AFC :( I decided to go to the Stratford Community gym instead with Brad and Mel.

* 11 Laps running around the track + 2 Laps walking.
* 5 Minutes on the Bike
* 5 Minutes on the Crosstrainer -- both machines were crap, so I ran some more instead.
* 7 sets of 40 reps on the Ab Roller
* 3 sets of 15 Sit-ups on the Exercise Ball
* 3 sets of 15 reps on the Leg Press @5/5/6 - again, very crappy machine.

The running really stretched my legs which felt great! It was a little hard on the ankles.. but I worked up a good sweat.

Tomorrow = AFC :D
