I worked until 4pm today and since it's a holiday the gym closed at 5 :( I hate taking more than two days off from the gym, I was about to go insane if I didn't workout so this is what I did....
30 minutes running/walking outside - I ran for about 10 minutes and then I thought my lungs were going to collapse so I started speed walking instead. Apparently my body does not like running outside, honestly I have never felt such sharp pains in my lungs before.
25 Minutes of Pilates + Sit-Ups: 8 sets of 20 reps
Tomorrow = workout at the AFC =)
