Long and hard workout today.
Cardio :
Elliptical - 25 minutes @incline 8-11 @level 6-7.
*Stretching*
Abs :
Hanging Knee Lifts - 2 sets of 10 reps + 2 sets of 12 reps.
Sit Ups-Decline Bench - 6 sets of 15 reps (all holding a 10lb medicine ball).
Medicine Ball Twists - 4 sets of 35 reps (holding 10lb medicine ball).
Ab Machine - 3 sets of 15 reps @90/100/100.
Ab Roller - 5 sets of 30 reps + 2 sets of 100 reps.
Cardio :
Treadmill - 25 minutes- (20 minutes @incline 8.0, 5 minutes @incline 1.0)all at 3.9mph. When I use a really high incline it really burns the legs!
