My upper body is extremely sore from yesterday's workout so I just did cardio and abs today.
*Stretching*
Cardio :
Elliptical - 25 Minutes @incline 7-11 @level 6-7
*Stretching*
Abs :
Sit Ups (Decline Bench) - 5 sets of 15 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball
Ab roller - 5 sets of 40 reps
Ab Machine - 4 sets of 15 reps @100/100/110/110
Leg Lifts - 4 sets of 12 reps
Medicine Ball Twists - 3 sets of 40 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball.
