Really awesome workout today, the most ab work I think I've ever done!

Cardio :
Stepper - 15 Minutes Manual program @level 6-11.
Elliptical - 20 Minutes @incline 7-10 @level 6-7.

*Stretching*

Abs :
Exercise Ball - Sit-Ups - 3 sets of 20 reps
Ab Machine - 3 sets of 20 reps @90/100/100
Decline Sit-Ups - 5 sets of 10 reps + 2 sets of 10 reps holding a 10lb medicine ball.
Medicine Ball Twists (Decline bench) - 4 sets of 30 reps (using a 10lb ball)
Ab Roller - 4 sets of 50 reps + 2 sets of 50 reps with legs in the air. OMG that kills the abs.
Hanging leg lifts - 4 sets of 10 reps

Other :
Hyper Extensions - 5 sets of 15 reps

*Stretching*

Felt a little sick at the end, but the burn felt awesome! Much needed workout after a stressful day in Aeroplan.
