Really great Ab workout today :)
Cardio :
Elliptical - 30 Minutes @incline 7-10 @level 6-7.
*Stretching*
Abs :
Exercise Ball - Sit-Ups - 5 sets of 15 reps
Ab Machine - 4 sets of 10 reps @ 80/80/90/90
Decline Sit-Ups - 4 sets of 10 reps
Medicine Ball Twists (Decline bench) - 4 sets of 30 reps (using a 10lb ball)
Ab Roller - 2 sets of 50 reps
Hanging leg lifts - 4 sets of 10 reps
