Charles and I went to the gym late this afternoon.
*Stretching*
Cardio :
Elliptical - 20 Minutes @incline 9-12 @level 6-7
*Stretching*
Abs :
Sit Ups (Decline Bench) - 7 sets of 20 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball
Ab roller - 8 sets of 40 reps
Ab Machine - 4 sets of 15 reps @90/100/100/110
Leg Lifts - 3 sets of 15 reps
Exercise BallSit-Ups - 7 sets of 30 reps
Good but quick workout :)
