I got to bed around 1:30am last night and had to be up at 6:30 to get ready for work, I decided to get in a Pilates workout before I jumped in the shower.

Cardio :
Pilates- 25 Minutes of Pilates (stretched before and after the workout) - I did the Buns and Thigh sculpting workout.

Hopefully I will be able to go for a run the track this evening after work =)



I did end up making it into the Stratford gym for a light workout.

*Stretching*

Cardio :
Track- 30 laps, 3/4 speed walking the rest running. (held 5lb weights in each hand for some laps). Also did a tiny but of the pilates leg/buns workout from memory on the mat.

*Stretching*

Abs :
Ab roller - 8 sets of 30 reps
Exercise Ball- Sit-Ups - 7 sets of 20 reps


And that was all!
