Fairly short workout today, I would have liked to do more but I would have been late for work!
*Stretching*
Cardio :
Elliptical - 20 Minutes @incline 8-12 @level 6
*Stretching*
Abs :
Sit Ups (Decline Bench) - 6 sets of 25 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball
Ab roller - 5 sets of 40 reps
Hanging Leg Lifts - 4 sets of 15 reps -- ugh these kill the abs
Medicine Ball Twists - 4 sets of 40 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball.
Exercise Ball Sit-Ups - 3 sets of 20 reps
Tomorrow I work 8-4pm so I guess I will be hitting up the Stratford gym for some running since the AFC closes @5. I need to be able to run without getting so easily winded, I'm getting better but more practice will help. Anyone wanna join me ?
