Got into the AFC after work, I was pretty tired, I don't want to get burnt out so I did a fairly short workout. I have the next two days off so I plan on getting in a few really good workouts.

*Stretching*

Cardio :
Stepper- 5 Minutes warm up @level 6, program 5.
Elliptical - 20 minutes, @incline 8-12, program 5.

*Stretching*

Circuit :
Pecs - 2 sets of 12 reps @6/6
Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 12 reps @ 3/4
Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 12 reps @ 3/4
Leg Extension - 2 sets of 12 reps @ 6/6
Seated Leg Press - 2 sets of 12 reps @ 7/8
Leg Curls - 2 sets of 12 reps @5/6
Ab Machine - 3 sets of 15 reps @90/100/100

Abs :
Sit Ups (Decline Bench) - 3 sets of 25 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball
Exercise Ball Sit Ups - 5 sets of 30 reps
Ab roller - 5 sets of 30 reps
Hanging Leg Lifts - 2 sets of 10 reps
