I didn't think I would be able to make it into the gym today since I worked backshift last night, but I woke up late afternoon and couln't get back to sleep.. Off to the gym I went!

Cardio :
Elliptical- 20 minutes @incline 9-11 @level 6.
Treadmill- 20 minutes @incline 7.5-9.5 @3.8-3.9mph, Manual program. My tummy really started to hurt nearing the end of the 20 minutes :S

*Stretching*

Circuit :
Pecs - 3 sets of 10 reps @6/7/8
Vertical Bench - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 3/4/4
Tricep Machine - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 3/4/5
Leg Extension - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6/7
Seated Leg Press - 2 sets of 10 reps @90/90
Leg Curls - 2 sets of 10 reps @6/7


I had to cut my circuit workout short as it was 5:00 and the gym was closing.
