I had another really great ab workout today, it almost killed me!
*Stretching*
Cardio :
Elliptical - 20 Minutes @incline 8-12 @level 6
Stepper - 10 Minutes on the fat burning program @level 6
*Stretching*
Abs :
Sit Ups (Decline Bench) - 10 sets of 20 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball
Ab roller - 20 sets of 30 reps -- Yeah that's right, 20 sets... I felt the pain today!
Ab Machine - 3 sets of 10 reps @100/100/110-- for some reason I couldn't do more then 10 reps, I find depending on the way the machine is set up it can be easy or really really hard. I guess I will have to remember exactly how it is set up for next time.
Leg Lifts - 3 sets of 15 reps
Medicine Ball Twists - 3 sets of 40 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball.
Exercise BallSit-Ups - 4 sets of 20 reps
