I had to be at work for 8am to get my "MSN picture" taken, after that I decided I would go to the gym.

*Stretching*

Cardio :
Elliptical - 40 minutes, @incline 8-12, program 5.

*Stretching*

Abs :
Sit Ups (Decline Bench) - 5 sets of 30 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball.
Exercise Ball Sit Ups - 7 sets of 30 reps.
Ab roller - 15 sets of 30 reps- 5 seconds between sets.
Hanging Leg Lifts - 3 sets of 12 reps.

Back :
Hyper Extensions - 3 sets of 15 reps all holding a 10lb weight.

My arms are really sore from the circuit yesterday :( I guess I shouldn't have done 4 sets of 10 on each machine as I haven't used the circuit in a while. I will heal in a few days ;)
