I love working morning shifts (8am-4pm)!! Although I am not a big fan of leaving my comfortable, cozy warm bed, once I get up and see the specks of light shining through the living room windows I feel energized and eager to start my day!! This morning Simon flopped on the floor (in a sunny spot of course) and rested beside me while I did my Pilates :-)

Cardio :
Pilates- 25 Minutes of Pilates (stretched before and after the workout) - I did the Buns and Thigh sculpting workout.
