I never really noticed how sore my legs were until I started to run on the track.. My calfs, quads and hamstrings are all extremely sore, I plan on watching the hockey game tonight while wrapped up in the heating blanket!

*Stretching*

Cardio :
Track- 30 laps around the track. *Barf*

*Stretching*

Abs :
Ab roller - 8 sets of 30 reps
Leg Throws - 4 sets of 10 reps
Exercise Ball- Sit-Ups - 6 sets of 20 reps
Leg lifts with exercise ball- 3 sets of 10 reps
Walking Lunges- 6 sets of 5 reps holding 10lb weights. OMG I thought I was going to die. My leg muscles started to spasm so we stopped that exercise lol.

Free Weights :
Standing Barbell Curls - 4 sets of 10 reps @10lbs
Dumbell Press - 3 sets of 10 reps @10lbs

Really good workout today, I might be dead tomorrow. I don't think I will be going to the gym after work:S
