I spent Friday with my niece and couldn't get a workout in. However, today I managed to get in a pilates workout. I wanted to get into the AFC but it's "that time" of the month and I am not a happy camper :( *blech*
Cardio :
Pilates- 50 Minutes of Pilates - I did the Buns and Thigh sculpting workout as well as the Abdominal sculpting workout.
I was surprised I even got through the Ab sculpting workout, My tummy is very sore.
