I took yesterday off from the gym because I needed a break, today I needed a good stretch so I did pilates :)
Cardio :
Pilates- 50 Minutes of Pilates - I did the Buns and Thigh sculpting workout twice. Buns and Thighs = my trouble area :(
Worked up a good sweat.
