I woke up this morning to find a new exercise mat lying on my living room floor!! Yayy for presents (thanks Charles *muah*) A great mat makes doing pilates much easier on the hip bones! I decided to do pilates as soon as I got up this morning to try out the new mat!!
Cardio :
Pilates- 50 Minutes of Pilates - I did the Buns and Thigh sculpting workout as well as the Abdominal sculpting workout.
*Stretching*
I promised myself I would go to the AFC this afternoon, and I did...
*Stretching*
Cardio :
Elliptical- (using arms) 20 Minutes( Forward)@level 5-9 on the manual setting.
Elliptical- (without arms)15 Minutes (Reverse)@incline 8-11 @program 5.
*Stretching*
Abs :
Ab roller - 7 sets of 30 reps
Exercise Ball- Sit-Ups - 6 sets of 20 reps
Hanging Knee Raises- 4 sets of 10 reps
Sit Ups with Medicine Ball- 6 sets of 20 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball.
Lots of exercise today! yeeehaww
