I worked 4-12 last night and had to be in again for 8am, 4 hours sleep is not enough for me! I was craving a run though, so Brad, Mel and I went to the Stratford Gym!
*Stretching*
Cardio :
Track- 31 laps, a little over 4K =) I am not conditioned to running long distances so this was a milestone for me. Mind you I did take breaks,I am not a machine... yet ;)
*Stretching*
Abs :
Ab roller - 5 sets of 30 reps
Leg Throws - 4 sets of 20 reps
Exercise Ball- Sit-Ups - 7 sets of 20 reps
Leg lifts with exercise ball- 4 sets of 10 reps
V-Sits- 2 sets of 10 reps
I am starting to love running, I think I might even hit up the track again tomorrow instead of going to the AFC, spice up the weekly routine!
