It was such a gorgeous day out today I decided to go for a run. I went for about 20+ minutes, mostly running, I did a figure 8 around my neighborhood. I still find it difficult to run outside but I am training myself to run longer and harder. When I got back I took Simon for a nice walk around the yard to cool down. I also did pilates before I had to jump in the shower to come to work.

Cardio :
Running- 20 Minutes running outside.

Cardio :
Pilates- 50 Minutes of Pilates - I did the Buns and Thigh sculpting workout as well as the Advanced Body Slimming workout.
