Pilates this morning (previous post)and I went to the AFC after work and had a hardcore workout!

Cardio :
Elliptical - 30 minutes @level 6-7 @incline 9-11. 25 minutes reverse and 5 minutes forwards. I went all out on the crosstrainer today !!

Treadmill- 25 minutes alternating running @5.5 (incline 1.0) and speed walking @3.8 (incline 6.0) every 5 minutes.

*Stretching*

Abs :
Sit Ups (Decline Bench) - 6 sets of 25 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball
Exercise Ball Sit Ups - 6 sets of 30 reps
Ab roller - 7 sets of 30 reps
Hanging Leg Lifts - 4 sets of 10 reps

Tomorrow = less cardio and hardcore Abs :)
