Went to the gym this afternoon, got in a quickie workout because I was going out for supper, Later on I did Pilates:)
*Stretching*
Cardio :
Elliptical - 10 minutes, @incline 8-12, program 5.
Treadmill- 20 Minutes @3.8mph @incline 5.0 on the manual setting.
Abs :
Sit Ups (Decline Bench) - 5 sets of 25 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball
Later on in the evening I did Pilates...
Cardio :
Pilates- 50 Minutes of Pilates - I did the Buns and Thigh sculpting workout as well as the Abdominal sculpting workout. I really gave 110% when I was doing the Ab workout and I am extremely sore now :(
