Yesterday I didn't have much time to workout but I managed to get Pilates in. I worked until 4pm and then I had to take my niece to the movies so no time for the AFC or the Track.
Cardio :
Pilates- 50 Minutes of Pilates - I did the Buns and Thigh sculpting workout as well as the Abdominal sculpting workout.
Abs :
Crunches- 7 sets of 30 reps.
This morning I did...
Cardio :
Pilates- 25 Minutes of Pilates - I did the Buns and Thigh Workout !
Back to the AFC later today :)
