I finally got into the AFC again, I just had a short workout becuase I spent the afternoon at the kids camp and they tired me out!
*Stretching*
Cardio :
Elliptical - 20 Minutes @incline 9-12 @level 6-7.
*Stretching*
Abs :
Sit Ups (Decline Bench) - 3 sets of 25 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball.
Ab roller - 3 sets of 40 reps.
Leg Lifts - 3 sets of 10 reps.
Exercise BallSit-Ups - 3 sets of 20 reps.
