I have been working myself to the bone latley with volunteering and working, I have very little time to workout but I managed to get a short workout in this evening. The kids camp is over after next week so hopefully my workouts will be back to 5-6 days per week.
Cardio :
Running- 20 Minutes outside --15 minutes running, 5 minutes cool down.
Pilates- 25 Minutes of Pilates - I did the Buns and Thigh sculpting workout.
Tomorrow I think I am going to try my new Tae Bo 60 minute video, looks hardcore ;)
