Wow, I finally got back to the gym after a 2-day hiatus. The past week has been terrible on me physically and mentally. This is my 6th day of working 4-12's in a row. For some reason I got into the habit of sleeping in really late (12-1pm) and then have NO energy to do anything before work at 4. I was only eating a little more than 1 meal a day, and thus couldn't stand to workout. I have been having bad headaches for the past 4 days on top of everything else, most likley do to my poor nutrition intake and oversleeping!! None the less, I made myself go to the gym today, I felt sick the whole time at the gym, but I did what I could. Hopefully next week when I work 8-4's again I will be able to eat more and sleep less!

*Stretching*

Cardio :
Elliptical - 25 minutes, @incline 8-11, program 6.

*Stretching*

Abs :
Exercise Ball Sit Ups - 3 sets of 30 reps.
Ab roller - 10 sets of 30 reps.

Fairly short workout as I hadn't eaten yet.
