Finally back to the gym! I've been losing weight so I have been slacking off thinking I don't need to be going, but alas I am sure I was only losing muscle. I am down to 114 from 118-119 when I was a hardcore gym rat. Now I am back down to 114 again. No more slacking off. I will write it off as a two-week gym vacation and now it's back to business. Booyah!

*Stretching*

Cardio :
Treadmill - 10 minutes running, @incline 1.5 program @5.5mph -- I really felt the burn since I hadn't been running in forever.
Elliptical (with arms) - 15 minutes, @level 6, manual program.

*Stretching*

Abs :
Sit Ups (Decline Bench) - 3 sets of 20 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball
Exercise Ball Sit Ups - 3 sets of 20 reps
Ab roller - 3 sets of 20 reps
Hanging Knee Raises - 3 sets of 10 reps

Very sweaty workout, felt great!
