Getting back into a routine again..
Cardio :
Elliptical- 20 minutes @incline 9-11 @level 6.
Treadmill- 10 minutes- 5 minutes running @ 6.2mph @incline 1, 5 minutes @3.8mph @incline 8
*Stretching*
Abs :
Exercise Ball Sit Ups - 3 sets of 30 reps
Ab roller - 8 sets of 30 reps
Hanging Knee Lifts - 2 sets of 10 reps
Decline bench Sit ups - 3 sets of 20 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball
My quads were really sore from running outside a few days ago, no matter how much I stretch when I run outside my quads and calves are always tender for a few days. Other than that I had a great workout!
