Got into the AFC for a great workout!

Cardio :
Elliptical- 25 minutes @incline 9-11 @level 6.

*Stretching*

Circuit :
Pecs - 2 sets of 10 reps @7/7
Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 10 reps @3/4
Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 10reps @4/4
Leg Extension - 2 sets of 10 reps @5/6
Seated Leg Press - 2 sets of 10 reps @80/90

Abs :
Exercise Ball Sit Ups - 3 sets of 20 reps
Ab roller - 3 sets of 20 reps
Hanging Knee Lifts - 2 sets of 10 reps
Decline bench Sit ups - 3 sets of 20 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball

There must have been some team in town becuase there were about 15 young french guys using the upstairs ab equipment, it was weird, I couln't do tonns of ab work becuase they were all using the machines!
