It was sooo humid out today, I thought about going for a run outside but I ended up going to the AFC instead.
Cardio :
Treadmill- 30 minutes- Alternating every 5 minutes- running @incline 1.0 @6.5 mph and speed walking @4.1 mph, I also threw in a few 7.0 mph sprints, which almost killed me, but I made it through. My legs now feel like jelly :S
*Stretching*
Abs :
Sit Ups-Decline bench - 3 sets of 20 reps - holding a 10lb medicine ball.
Ab roller - 4 sets of 25 reps
Hanging Knee lifts - 3 sets of 10 reps
Very good workout today, It was extremely hot when I left the AFC I was drenched in sweat.
