Pilates workout :D
Cardio : Pilates- 25 Minutes of Pilates - I did the Buns and Thigh sculpting workout. Lots of stretching before and after :)
Exercise ball crunches- 4 sets of 30 reps
Wish I had more time to workout but I had to get ready for work!
