Finally back to the gym...
Cardio :
Treadmill- 20 minutes running @ 5.6 mph @incline 1, I only had to stop 3 times for a quick drink of water. This was my first time back to the gym in almost 2 weeks, I was very impressed, I normally can't run that long :)
*Stretching*
Abs :
Exercise Ball Sit Ups - 3 sets of 30 reps
Ab roller - 6 sets of 30 reps
Decline bench Sit ups - 5 sets of 20 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball
I felt much better after going to the AFC, Very good workout:)
