Mel and I went to the Stratford gym last night, I needed to work off some stress that was building up, thankfully my first day of class went well :D

Cardio :
Track- 33 Laps - Most of which were speed walking, but about 10-13 were running. Worked up a good sweat.

*Stretching*

Abs :
Exercise Ball - Sit-Ups - 7 sets of 25 reps
Ab Roller - 6 sets of 25 reps
Leg lifts with exercise ball - 2 sets of 10 reps, these never get any easier!
Leg Throws - 3 sets of 10 reps

Great workout, I stretched really well before working out so I wouldn't be sore today, and it worked :)
