The gym was fairly empty today which was nice, I wanted to use up my last tan but they were all booked up !
Cardio :
Elliptical- 25 minutes @incline 8-10, Level 5-6, program 6.
*Stretching*
Abs :
Ab Roller - 8 sets of 30 reps
Decline bench Sit ups - 3 sets of 20 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball.
Hanging Knee Raises - 2 sets of 15 reps
Good workout, nothing too strenuous as I was still sore from yesterday, I also walked home which really worked the legs!
