I was extremely pumped going to the gym today!

Cardio :
Elliptical - 20 Minutes @incline 8-12, @level 6.

*Stretching*

Circuit :
Pecs - 4 sets of 10 reps @ 6/6/6/7
Vertical Bench - 4 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3/4/4
Tricep Machine - 4 sets of 10 reps @ 3/3/4/4
Leg Extension - 4 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6/6/6
Seated Leg Press - 4 sets of 10 reps @8/8/9/9
Leg Curls - 3 sets of 10 reps @5/6/6
Bicep Curls - 3 sets of 10 reps @3/3/4/5
Ab Machine - 4 sets of 10 reps @ 90/90/100/110

Abs :
Hanging knee raises Lifts - 3 sets of 10 reps
Ab roller - 6 sets of 30 reps

I couldn't do as much ab work as I wanted, my abs were still sore from a few days ago and I wanted to let my muscles recuperate, overall an awesome workout!
