Study break at the gym..
Cardio :
Treadmill- 35 minutes- 10 minutes warm up @ 3.8 mph @incline 6, 5 minutes sprinting @ 7.0 mph, 10 minutes @ 4.0 mph, 10 minutes running @ 6.5 mph. I ran until my lungs almost collapsed. It felt awesome.
*Stretching*
Abs :
Ab roller - 6 sets of 30 reps
Decline bench Sit ups - 3 sets of 20 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball
