Sweating off the cheesecake :P
Cardio :
Elliptical- 20 minutes @level 6-8 @incline 8-15, 10 minutes on Program 6 & 10 minutes speed intervals.
Treadmill- 10 minutes running @5.5-6.7 mph.
*Stretching*
Abs :
Exercise ball sit ups - 3 sets of 30 reps
Decline bench Sit ups - 3 sets of 20 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball
Hanging knee raises - 2 sets of 15 reps
Back :
Hyper Extensions - 3 sets of 12 reps all holding a 10lb weight across my chest.
