Yesterday I got in a pilates workout even though I was DEAD tired! I also got into the gym today :)
Cardio : Pilates- 25 Minutes of Pilates - I did the Buns and Thigh sculpting workout. Lots of stretching before and after :)
Exercise ball crunches- 8 sets of 30 reps
Today @ the AFC....
Cardio :
Elliptical - 20 Minutes @incline 8-12, @level 6.

Leg Extensions - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 5/6/6
Seated Leg Press - 4 sets of 10 reps @8/8/9
Back :
Hyper Extensions - 3 sets of 15 reps all holding a 10lb weight. Wow, I forgot how much those kill the lower back :S
Apex Chin Assist - 3 sets of 10 reps @60/60/60
Abs :
Ab Machine - 3 sets of 20 reps @ 90/90/100
Hanging Knee Lifts - 5 sets of 15 reps
Ab roller - 6 sets of 30 reps
Decline bench sit-ups - 6 sets of 35 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball, I almost puked but got through it! I'll be some sore tomorrow!
I couldn't work my pecs and triceps today because they are still painfully sore from yesterday, but I definitely had a great ab workout
