I finally made my triumphant return to the gym! I weighed myself at home and at the gym and they both say 109-110 -which is good and bad. I used to weigh 117-118 at my fittest, so I lost muscle!

Cardio :
Stepper- 15 minutes warm up level 7-12, program 6!
Elliptical- 10 minutes @incline 8-12,level 6, program 6!
Treadmill- 10 minutes- 3 minutes warm up @ 3.8 mph @incline 9,7 minutes running @6.0 mph @incline 0.5

*Stretching*

Abs :
Ab roller - 6 sets of 30 reps (alternating side-center-side)
Sit ups Exercise ball - 4 sets of 30 reps
decline bench crunches - 3 sets of 20 reps ~ all holding a 10lb medicine ball

I really felt the burn after the workout, I could have done more but I didn't want to hurt myself becuase I haven't been going latley.
