Johnny and I went to the gym today!

Cardio :
Treadmill- 20 minutes- 10 minutes warm up @ 3.8 mph @incline 6,10 minutes running @ 5.7-6.8 mph

*Stretching*

Circuit :
Pecs - 2 sets of 12 reps @ 6/7
Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 12 reps @ 3/4
Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 12 reps @ 3/4
Leg Extension - 2 sets of 12 reps @ 5/6
Seated Leg Press - 2 sets of 12 reps @8/9
Leg Curls - 2 sets of 12 reps @5/6
Bicep Curls - 2 sets of 12 reps @3/4


Abs :
Ab roller - 6 sets of 30 reps (alternating side-center-side)
Decline bench Sit ups - 3 sets of 20 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball
Hanging Knee Raises - 3 sets of 10 reps

Good workout in preperation for trick or treating :P
