Another workout...
Cardio :
Elliptical- 20 minutes on the fat burning program level 4
Track- 25 minutes Jogging/running, a few laps walking
*Stretching*
Abs :
Ab roller - 10 sets of 40 reps (alternating side-center-side)
And that was all!
